What is Boltaron™?
Boltaron sheet is widely used for thermoforming and fabricating of equipment enclosures due primarily to its high impact resistance, formability, fire ratings, electrical properties and chemical resistance. In addition, secondary operations are easy to perform, since Boltaron sheet can be drilled, sawn, routed, die cut, brake formed, heat welded, adhesive bonded, mechanically fastened, printed and painted.
Boltaron produces a broad range of PVC, PVC-alloy and CPVC film and sheet products in fire rated, ultra-high impact, corrosion-resistant and economy grades in gauges from .018 to 3.0 in. (.046 to 76.2 mm), 10 standard textures and unlimited solid and integral metallic colors for thermoforming, fabricating and machining of components for commercial and industrial applications:
Its strength and impact resistance make Boltaron ideal for sheath and holster making
